RDH License Renewal: $160


There are three methods to achieve RDH licensure:
1.Passage of Western Regional Examining Board)dental hygiene clinical examination for initial licensure
2.Passage of Central Regional Dental Testing Services (CRDT's) dental hygiene clinical examination for initial licensure.
3. If licensed out of state for more than 5 yrs, an applicant may be eligible to apply for Licensure By Credential.

Educational Experience Requirement: Graduation from an accredited (CODA) dental hygiene program.

Average Time to Process Application: 30 days.

Renewal Period: Biennially (every second year).
