Fees: Application: $25
Initial License: $200
Renewal: $300 (biennial)
Effective with the April 2014 license renewals, licensees are assessed $6 ANNUALLY ($12 per renewal cycle) which is collected at the time of renewal of the license to cover the operation and maintenance of the Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System (CURES) pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 208 (SB809 – DeSaulnier, Chapter 400, Statutes of 2013).

Experience Requirement: Graduation from an approved physician assistant training program.
