License Requirements, Fees, and Examination Information:
Processing plant personnel who only collect samples of bulk raw milk for drug residue testing prior to processing.
Fees: Examination Application: $75; License Renewal: $75.
Examination Frequency: Upon request.
Exam Locations: At place of business (a milk processing plant).
Experience Requirement: By written, and oral & demonstration examination applicant will show proficiency in sampling and weighing or measuring milk and cream.
Average Time to Process Application: 60 days.
Renewal Period: Biennially, expires two years from the date of issue. License renewal fees must be received within 90 days of the license expiration date for renewals to be issued.
