License Requirements, Fees, and Examination Information:
The Certified Rangeland Manager (CRM) license is a "certified specialty" of forestry created by the Board under the authority of the Professional Foresters Law.

A Certified Rangeland Manager applies scientific principles to the art and science of managing rangelands. Rangelands are lands supporting grass, shrub, and savanna vegetation types.

Minimum requirements for licensure include an undergraduate or higher degree in range science or a related discipline, 5 years of professional work experience in range management, and successful completion of a comprehensive written examination.

A renewal fee of $70 is required every two years.
