Experience Requirement: An associate of arts or sciences degree from a Board approved speech-language pathology assistant program; or Evidence of completion of a bachelor’s degree program in speech-language pathology or communicative disorders and completion of the field work experience as required from a Board-approved program.

Renewal Period: Biennially (every second year); last day of birth month.

Special License Requirements: Speech-language pathology assistants are required to complete 12 hours of CPD in the preceding two year renewal period.
