Non-licensed persons practicing psychology in nonprofit community agencies that receive a minimum of 25 percent of their financial support from any federal, state, county, or municipal governmental organizations.
No fees are required for this registration.
No examination is required for this registration.
Minimum Education Requirement: Doctorate degree in psychology, educational psychology or education with a specialization in counseling psychology or educational psychology.
Experience Requirement: One year (1,500 hours) of qualifying supervised professional experience.
Renewal Period: This is a 30-month, non-renewable registration.
