Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) Program
for 700 occupations organized by California geographical area. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics provides national wage data from the OES program for all 50 states.

including compensation cost trends, benefit incidence and plan provisions for metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas, broad geographic regions and for the nation. BLS provides NCS data for five Metropolitan Statistical Areas in California:
