WIA Planning Information Packets 2011 Archive

In the past, the data for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Planning Information Packets were gathered from a variety of sources and packaged by county to aid local organizations in identifying target group needs and in making appropriate resource allocations for employment and training activities. The EDD no longer packages this data, but rather, it provides links to the data sources. Those links can be found on the WIA Planning Information Packets page on the EDD website.

The terms used in the 2011 WIA Planning Information Packets (PIP) tables are those commonly used by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Bureau of the Census, and the various state agencies which supplied the data. (The specific source of the data is noted at the bottom of each table listed in the PIP file.)
